Susan Moffett is an IT expert with extensive experience in providing technical support, network administration, and database management to a wide variety of industries. As Focus Management Group's IT Manager, Susan Moffett serves as the network, Blackberry server, and database administrator. Susan plays an integral role in keeping all of the Focus systems running smoothly both internally and externally. In addition, she is responsible for hardware and software requisitions, setup, and in-the-field system support.
Susan has played an integral role in formulating and upgrading network software and hardware, phone wiring and technical equipment to improve performance for both private and public companies. As a Petty Officer in the United States Navy Reserve, Susan serves as an Information Systems Technician and has been awarded the Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, and the Blue Jacket of the Quarter Award for superior performance.
Capella University awarded Susan a Master's of Science degree in Organization and Management with an Information Technology Management Specialization in 2006. Susan has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
