Susan Meldrom's 13 years of diverse experience in business process reengineering and corporate accounting/finance give her valuable insight into overseeing various business segments within Planned Systems International (PSI). As PSI's Controller, Susan manages all accounting and financial reporting activities, handles audit engagements, cash and tax management, forward pricing, annual budget projections, and leads a finance team.
Prior to joining PSI in March 2007, Susan spent two years as senior accountant at DeLeon & Stang, where she provided accounting, audit and advisory support to partners and participated in the implementation of a comprehensive 5-year projection of the firm's financial goals. Prior to that, she spent four years as manager of Bank Office Solutions, Inc. where she managed all global business accounts and provided executive financial services to the Federal government, non-profit organizations, credit unions and government contractors. In addition, Susan has five years of public accounting and cost budget analysis experience working for various Big Four firms such as Ernst & Young, Deloitte & Touche and KPMG.
With her extensive background in system implementation and quality control procedures, her role involves providing operational and functional support to the executive team and driving changes in processes and systems. Susan holds a bachelor's degree from Towson University, Towson, Md. and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
