Susan was a key member of the Picosecond management team and has served on the Board of Directors since 1997. As VP of Human Resources from 1997-2002, Susan led the growth of the company,s talent and was responsible for planning and directing the human resources function including attracting and retaining key talent and maintaining the 1st class culture and corporate reputation. Susan is currently with Sun Microsystems in the CTO of Global Sales & Services office working as Manager of Customer Engineering Programs. She remains an active member of the Picosecond Board of Directors. Susan earned her B.S. in Business Administration (magna cum laude) and an MBA (Finance & Entrepreneurship), both at the University of Colorado at Boulder. |
