In her role as vice president of technical operations, Susan Marciano is responsible for all of Deploy's information technology, corporate infrastructure, hosting environments, and partner services. In this capacity, she also oversees the delivery and technical support of Deploy's hosted offering.
Marciano brings more than a decade of combined expertise in human resources, information technology and client services to Deploy. Marciano most recently worked at Restrac where she created an IT group that supported more than 150 local and remote employees, prior to her IT role, she was a Technical Project Manager for many of Restrac's Fortune 500 customers. Prior to Restrac, Marciano held positions in systems and network administration and process consulting with Analog Devices and Lotus Development Corporation, where she specialized in technology infrastructure as well as product workflow, data migration and implementation.
Marciano holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College. |
