Susan Kudzman has been Executive Vice-President, Risk Management and Depositors’ Accounts Management at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec since April 2006.
Ms. Kudzman supervises the operations of the Depositors’ Accounts Management, Risk Management Policies, Market Risk Management as well as the Performance Measurement and Analysis groups. In addition, she chairs the Depositor Risk Committee (DRC) and the DRC-Transactions Committee. Ms. Kudzman also sits on the Executive Committee.
Background
Susan Kudzman joined the Caisse in 2005 as Senior Vice-President, Risk Management and Return. Previously, from 2000 to 2005, Ms. Kudzman was Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Corporate Officer at BCE Emergis. She also worked for more than 15 years as an actuarial consultant for the firms of Towers Perrin and Mercer.
Ms. Kudzman holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Université Laval.
