Susan Johnson has over 20 years of experience in project management, operations, training and customer service. As Director of Service Operations for Telargo, Susan is responsible for managing all post-sales activities including: scheduling and management of installation and training programs, management and processing of client information in addition to the repair and maintenance organization. She also oversees the help desk and long-term client care. Prior to joining Telargo, Susan served as an Independent Consultant/Project Manager for several successful consulting arrangements; supporting project management, technology, training and logistics functions. Prior to her consulting role, Susan worked at Carlson Technology Associates, a division of Carlson Design Construct, as Vice President of Site Development and Change Management. In this role, Susan spearheaded the project planning and development of multiple change directives; she also oversaw production and logistics, budgets and change orders for up to $25M projects. Earlier in her career, Susan served as Project Director at Whalen and Company, a wireless development firm. Susan attained her Bachelor’s degree from Ramapo College in Mahwah, NJ, and completed over 30 hours of graduate courses at both the New Jersey Institute of Technology and Regis University. |
