Prior to entering the staffing industry, Susan spent 14 years in the Mortgage Banking industry, largely in management of operations. Susan's prior experience included extensive work in QC, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs functions.

Susan has eight years of experience in the recruiting industry and has performed at the Pacesetter level, and top percentage of her region of the organization. In 2005, Susan obtained CSAM, Certified Senior Account Manager certification, which is held by approximately 2.5% of recruiters within the organization. In her current role, Susan leads a team that specializes largely in Quality Assurance - QA, QC, QO, QM, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance/Acconting management positions.
