Susan has been with the Midwest Title team since August 2005. She brings with her eight years experience as a Supervisor with the Collier County Tax Collector's Office, one year with the State Attorney's Office as a Felony Trial Secretary and eight years in the financial lending field. Prior to joining Midwest Title, Susan was Assistant Vice President of Marco Community Bank, where she was responsible for all loan operations, including residential, consumer and commercial loans. Susan is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of financial transactions as they relate to real estate purchasing and investments, including portfolio and secondary market. Susan is a native of Naples, Florida and is keenly aware of the phenomenal growth and activity that has changed Naples from a small sea-side community to a thriving hot spot in Florida. |
