Susan Goode is a Network Partner with Strategos and has over twenty years experience driving consumer focused growth through the development and implementation of new business opportunities. Prior to her work with Strategos, Susan held strategy and innovation leadership roles with Best Buy where she was responsible for stimulating the thinking about alternative futures and building strategy and innovation capabilities. Susan has hands-on experience developing a variety of new businesses and was a member of Best Buy's executive management team for eq-life, a health, wellness and technology store. Prior to her work at Best Buy, Susan worked in the financial services and transportation industries. At Northwest Airlines, she managed worldwide marketing research activities, with a focus on driving customer loyalty through the identification and development of products and services to meet ever changing customer needs. She was a member of several venture teams which developed relevant and differentiated service offerings for frequent flyers which resulted in significant gain in market share and profitable growth for the airline. Her entrepreneurial sprit extends to her home life, where she and her husband are developing a prairie seed production company on their farm in western Wisconsin. Susan has an MBA in Consumer Research from the University of Minnesota and a BS in Statistics from University of Central Florida. |
