Susan Eikenberg joined Mind Over Machines in 2002 as Project Manager and Client Training Liaison. Susan’s success managing client relationships and delivering client solutions on time and on budget earned her promotion in 2007 to the position of Director of Commercial Market Solutions. In her new position, she has responsibility for the successful delivery and support of complex information systems to all Company commercial accounts. Prior to Mind Over Machines, Susan was a Project Manager for Versient, Inc., after starting with the company as a Senior Web Developer. She also served as a Senior Systems Developer for WorldCom, and as Compliance Officer, and later as Marketing Officer, for Allfirst Bank. Susan has expertise in the development of database-driven applications for reporting, sales, customer service, and project management functionality. Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. |
