Experience:

As senior manager of the finance and accounting department, Ms. Davis is responsible for oversight of all accounting and billing functions, tax compliance with state and local agencies and cash management. She brings over 15 years of public accounting experience to the firm which began at KPMG, Peat Marwick, Los Angeles, California. Prior to joining Nielsen-Wurster, Ms. Davis was employed at The Distinctive Group, LLC, certified public accountants. Her role included assisting clients in tax planning, income tax preparation for corporations, partnerships and individuals, planning and supervising financial statement audits, acting in a controllership capacity for smaller clients, firm representative at trade shows and various conferences, and firm representative for clients during IRS and State audits.
