Susan Klein joined Brandywine Senior Living in May 2000 and oversees the operations and clinical performance of the company. Ms. Klein’s range of responsibilities include operations, clinical practice, risk management, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, transitions of new properties and working with the IT department to design a computerized operational metrics and performance dashboard system. Ms. Klein has had progressive management experience in nursing, and acute and long term care operations management. The past 11 years have been spent in long-term care operations management with a proven record of improving operations and clinical standards. Ms. Klein has held a variety of senior management positions from Vice President of Nursing to Chief Operating Officer for healthcare companies including: Genesis ElderCare, Philadelphia Geriatric Center, Presbyterian-University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, Bristol Memorial Hospital and Crozer-Keystone Health System. Ms. Klein has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Delaware and a Master of Science degree in Burn, Emergency and Trauma Nursing from Widener University.
