Susan is a member of Graham & Dunn’s Hospitality, Beverage & Franchise Team. She represents alcoholic beverage manufacturers, breweries, wineries, restaurants and hotels in liquor licensing, distribution, production and regulatory matters. With broad experience in both business and liquor licensing law, she has also worked with local chefs, designers and restaurant owners on lease negotiations and new business formations, planning, and other transactions. In addition to liquor law, Susan also has experience in employment, real estate, local government and commercial law.
