Susan Sacco advises employers in several areas including: sexual harassment; sex, race, national origin, and age discrimination; the Americans with Disabilities Act; Equal Pay Act; Family and Medical Leave Act; Fair Labor Standards Act, and Florida Whistleblower's Act, as well as trade secret, non-compete, and tortious interference with business relationship litigation. She has also presented numerous seminars on employment law issues.
Susan practiced commercial litigation in state and federal courts for more than ten years before concentrating in employment law. She is a Certified Mediator for all Florida courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She also serves as a federal court arbitrator. Susan is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
She is a member of The Florida Bar and its Labor and Employment Section, the Federal Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association and its Labor and Employment Law committee.
