Susan Kennedy has been an associate with the firm since 1990 and is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Susan's litigation practice has ranged from defending products liability claims to enforcing non-compete agreements for her clients. Susan concentrates a large part of her practice in insurance matters and has handled a wide variety of cases for our insurance company clients. She has defended bad faith claims as well as handled claims under comprehensive general liability and directors, and officers liability policies.
Susan is an active member of both the Philadelphia and American Bar Associations and has served as a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Guidance Committee since 1994. |
