Susan Oppenheimer is a member of the Bricker & Ecker LLP education law group and practices in the areas of education law, MR/DD law and public sector labor law, with and emphasis on grievance arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, employment and personnel matters, MR/DD issues, policy development, collective bargaining, and issues involving the First Amendment (speech and religion).
