usan K. Carter was elected a director of Lyondell Chemical Company in January 2007.
Carter currently serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Lennox International Inc., a leading provider of climate control solutions for heating, air conditioning and refrigeration markets around the world.
Prior to joining Lennox, from March 2002 to August 2004, Carter served as vice president, Finance, at Cummins Inc. From December 1999 to March 2002, she served as vice president, Finance, and chief financial officer at Honeywell International, Inc. Transportation and Power Systems. Prior to Honeywell, Carter held various senior financial management positions at AlliedSignal, Crane Co. and DeKalb Corporation.
Carter is a member of Lyondell's Audit Committee. |
