Susan is an actuary with the Milwaukee office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 2001.
Experience
Susan’s area of expertise is property and casualty insurance, particularly ratemaking, loss reserving, and financial planning. She has extensive experience in commercial lines of business, including medical professional liability, lawyers’ professional liability, and workers’ compensation. Susan has provided actuarial assistance to a spectrum of risk-bearing entities in both the private and public sectors, ranging from large multi-line commercial insurance companies to self-insured programs.
Susan has been active in the Casualty Actuarial Society, serving on both the examination committee and the editorial board for the journal Variance. Susan has given a number of presentations both in and outside of Milliman covering professional liability and other topics.
