Description of Practice:
Susan is a partner in the Orange County office where she focuses on real estate law with an emphasis in finance. She has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers, as well as buyers and sellers, in all phases of structuring and negotiating complex finance, acquisition, and sale transactions involving multi-family, industrial and commercial buildings. Her practice is comprised of permanent, mezzanine, ground lease and construction financing; CMBS loans; loan participations; loans involving multi-state collateral; loan restructurings involving nonperforming loans; repayment and completion guaranties; letters of intent; and a wide variety of agreements which include, but are not limited to, purchase and sale, licensing, tenant improvement, leasing commission, and access/entry agreements. Susan's clients span many industries, including real estate developers, institutional lenders, life companies, pension fund advisors, and other financial institutions.
Susan is a member of the Real Property and Financial Practices Section of the Orange County Bar Association and the Real Property Section of the California Bar Association. She is also currently a member of the Orange County Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women.
Educational History:
Ms. Graham is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with a B.A. in Economics. She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. She is a member of the California Bar, the Orange County Bar Association and the Real Property Section of the California Bar Association. |
