Susan Carlson is a paralegal in the finance and restructuring group, and assists in the areas of financial services, lending and workout transactions, creditors rights in bankruptcy, real estate financing and asset-backing financing, secured and unsecured commercial loans, including finance of delinquent and defaulted consumer obligations, syndicated lending and lender licensing. Susan joined the firm in May, 2004, bringing with her fifteen years experience in banking, consumer foreclosures and consumer and corporate bankruptcy related matters. She received her B.S. in Business Management from Arizona State University. |
