Susan E. Bow is Senior Managing Director, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Countrywide Financial Corporation, (NYSE:CFC), a diversified financial services provider and member of the S&P 500.
Bow serves as the Corporate Secretary and is responsible for managing the Company's corporate governance initiatives. She oversees the legal matters involving the corporate finance and securities, real estate, intellectual property, human resources and general corporate areas. She also manages the legal services provided to the Company's capital markets, insurance and international operations. Bow joined the company in 1993.
Bow graduated from Albion College, Magna Cum Laude and from Boston College Law School, Cum Laude. She has been admitted to the California, Massachusetts and Texas Bar Associations and remains active in various business and law-related organizations. |
