Susan D. Solle is a Dayton native who concentrates her practice in the areas of business and employment litigation and appellate advocacy. Ms. Solle received her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Oglethorpe University of Atlanta in 1994, and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1999. While at the School of Law, she served on the University of Dayton Law Review and was a member of the School of Law’s Moot Court team. Prior to joining Chernesky, Heyman & Kress P.L.L., she served as judicial staff attorney for the Honorable James A. Brogan of the Ohio Court of Appeals for the Second Appellate District, and spent two years in private practice handling insurance defense cases. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Solle spent nine years working in an insurance claims department.Ms. Solle is an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton School of Law teaching Appellate Advocacy. She is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Her professional memberships include the Ohio State Bar Association, the Dayton Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. She has been named an Ohio Rising Star in Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine. |
