Susan D. McGregor is Executive Vice President, Director of Human Resources of BankAtlantic. Ms. McGregor is responsible for establishing the strategic direction for both corporate Human Resources and BankAtlantic University. She holds a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida. Her career with the company spans over 18 years. She is a member of the Broward Women’s Alliance, the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the Human Resources Association of Broward County (HRABC). In addition, Ms. McGregor serves on the Nova Southeastern University Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship, Executive Education Advisory Board. She is past Chairperson of the Urban League of Broward County and the Partners in Education Board. She is a graduate of Class XIII of Leadership Broward. Ms McGregor also serves as Executive Vice President, Director of Human Resources of Levitt Corporation. |
