Susan C. Sorrentino is a shareholder and member of the Real Estate, Land Use and Renewable Fuels Practice Groups in the firm's Waukesha office. Susan represents clients in a wide variety of real estate matters, including condominium and new development projects; construction law matters; and buying, selling, leasing and exchanging retail, office, industrial and multi-family projects. Clients include individuals, construction companies, real estate developers, lenders, and corporations. Within her practice, Susan has developed a niche in development and condominium law. She advises clients from the municipal approval and development stage through construction and final operation in mixed use, commercial, hotel, residential and industrial condominiums. Susan lectures on land use law and condominium development and operation. Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Susan was general counsel of a real estate development and construction company. She earned her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her law degree from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Susan is a member of the Real Estate Section of the Waukesha County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. She is an active member on local community non-profit boards.
