Susan Peterson is a member of Jones Waldo’s Real Estate Department. Her practice focuses on commercial lending; the purchase, sale, leasing and development of commercial real property; and the creation and governance of condominiums, planned unit developments, restricted subdivisions, and other common ownership interest regimes. She has worked on projects throughout the western United States (Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington). Her clients include commercial lenders, national chain retailers, high-end resort developers, residential developers, and commercial and residential owners associations.
Susan has been with Jones Waldo since 1993 and currently serves on its Board of Directors. Susan has achieved Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating (AV). She was listed in Utah Business Magazine's Legal Elite in 2007 and 2008 for real estate. She is also a member of the Board of the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce Women's Business Center and has served on the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Society of Salt Lake. Susan was born in Vernal, Utah. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1992 and is a member of the Order of the Coif. |
