Susan Greenberger is a partner in the Bricker & Eckler education group and practices education law and mental retardation/developmental disabilities (MR/DD) law, with emphasis on school district sponsored community schools; education and MR/DD policy development; creation and representation of school and other public consortia; school finance; development and negotiation of alternative sources of revenue (e.g., beverage contracts, advertisement agreements, leases of public property for erection of telecommunications towers); issues involving First Amendment (speech and religion); contracts (including contracts with providers of MR/DD services); Medicaid waiver programs; and litigation.
