Ms. Esler is vice president, human resources and communications, a position she has held since the fall of 2006. She reports to Jim O'Brien.
Ms. Esler joined Ashland in 1999 as manager, executive compensation. She was promoted in 2001 to director, corporate human resources and in 2002 to vice president, human resources programs and services. In 2004, she was promoted to vice president, human resources.
A native of Pittsburgh, Pa., Ms. Esler is a 1983 graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and received her master's degree in business administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. |
