Surinder Sachar is a partner in the firm's Electrical/Mechanical Practice Group, with a focus in electrical technologies. He is a former patent examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where he specialized in the field of magnetic and optical recording systems.
Mr. Sachar received his Juris Doctor from The University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Law in 1992 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University in 1986.
