Sun Shuyi aged 65 became the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company in 2004. He is the Executive Vice President of China Federation of Industrial Economics Vice Chairman of United China Enterprise Association Executive Vice President of China Enterprise Association Deputy Supervisor of China Brand Promotion Committee Member of the 10th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. From 1993 to 2001 Mr. Sun acted as the Deputy General Manager of General Office of the Central Steering Committee of Financial Affairs of China Deputy Minister of Ministry of Labour Deputy Party Secretary of Central Government Enterprise Working Committee.
