Mr. Singh has extensive experience in real property management and construction services. Prior to co-founding OpsTechnology, Mr. Singh served as Vice President of Operations at Crest Asset Management Inc., where he successfully managed a portfolio of assets, including several thousand apartment units under various stages of development. Mr. Singh was involved in day-to-day property operations, including management, marketing, accounting, maintenance, and staffing. He was also Director of Development at Twin Cities Contracting Inc., where he was directly responsible for all phases of the redevelopment process including design, contractor management, and procurement. Mr. Singh received a BA in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. |
