Sue is an Information Technology professional with over 17 years of technical experience on multiple platforms and in diverse industries. Her experience includes developing and supporting business applications on the mainframe, client/server and Internet platforms. She has the proven ability to understand complex business issues and effectively communicate them to members of the technical development team. She also has demonstrated success in all phases of the development lifecycle from Analysis through Post Implementation support. She continually demonstrates the ability to deliver successful projects on-time and within budget. Sue has over 7 years of experience managing the development of online promotions, brand sites, and internal sales support sites for clients such as Mars (M&M’S, Snickers, Starburst, Skittles, and Mars Foodservices), Kraft (Oscar Mayer, Oreo, Milk-Bone, and Wheat Thins), Motorola, Allegra, Allstate, and Kaiser. She has also managed a number of integrated SMS and online promotions for Mars, Ciba Vision, Motorola, and Philip Morris. Prior to joining Capita, Sue was a Senior Systems Analyst at Cendant Corporation in Relocation Accounting Systems Migration, where she managed a team of five analysts in the development of an integrated enterprise application that interfaces with a mainframe-based financial system and a variety of internal and external mainframe and client/server applications. This migration was successfully completed through several phased implementations over a two-year period, and currently has over 500 users in five sites nationwide. Sue earned an MS in Management Science/Information Systems from California State University - Fullerton and a BA in Mathematics from Boston College.
