Sue works with clients on new market/product entry strategies, channel strategies, competitive positioning, customer segmentation and targeting, and marketing effectiveness. Since joining Stax in 2003, she has focused on consumer products, retailing, and B2C businesses, residential and commercial building, construction-related products and services, and technology. Beginning in 2007, she has led Stax s marketing analytics modeling engagements for major retail and consumer products clients, advising them on pricing strategies, marketing mix optimization, location-based analytics, customer segmentation, loyalty and retention, and consumer profiling and behavioral analysis. Sue brought more than a decade s consulting, marketing, and sales experience to Stax, including a stint with Hamilton Consulting, a Cambridge-based strategic marketing firm, and several years at Staples in marketing strategy and planning for the company s U.S. retail operations. There, she helped determine the impact of television, radio, print, and direct mail on sales and retention among specific consumer segments. She began her career with Steelcase furniture, where she analyzed, revamped, and implemented several marketing and sales programs. Sue has an MBA from Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BBA from the University of Michigan Business School. |
