Sue Hall has been with Preferred Personnel since 1999. She is a Senior Recruiter, working in Houston, TX. Sue works with clients in Midland, Houston, Denver, Lafayette, Dallas, Tulsa and Oklahoma City. She specializes in recruiting for petroleum engineers, geoscientists and other technical professionals in the oil and gas industry.

She started learning the business on the front desk and working with the temporary division. She later became Center Administrator for the company's outplacement division. Working with individuals who were learning the skills to find a new job and move on to a new phase in their career sparked Sue's interest in becoming a recruiter.

This interest was also nurtured by a long history of moving to different "oil towns" with her husband, a petroleum engineer. Sue and her husband have three children, a daughter and two sons.
