Sue Darrow is the Director of Human Resources for Catapult Systems. Her responsibilities include providing leadership and direction for all human resources practices, including human resources planning, talent acquisition, diversity management planning, organizational development, benefits, compensation, training and employee relations. Sue advises company management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions as consistent with the company’s strategic direction.
Sue has over 18 years of successful domestic and international human resources management experience. While attending the University of Georgia, Sue was awarded an internship in the International Human Resources division at Coca-Cola in Atlanta and then offered a full time position. She worked at Coca-Cola for three years expanding her knowledge of world-wide compensation and benefits programs. She then accepted a position with Borden in Columbus, Ohio, in International Compensation and Benefits where she was responsible for developing compensation and benefits plans for all their overseas locations. Upon leaving, she became the Human Resources Manager for LCI International, a small telecommunications company that grew to over 3000 employees and was then purchased by Quest.
In 1997, Sue moved to Texas for a position with Supportkids, Inc. as Director of Human Resources. During her 6 years there, she was responsible for growing this start up company from 20 employees to over 200. She joined Supportkids to establish and direct the development, implementation and coordination of policies and programs covering employment, placement, orientation, management and diversity training and employee relations. She was also responsible for directing the implementation compensation, benefits, payroll, organizational development, training/mentoring and employee services. |
