A director since September 2003. Sue Billat is currently principal of Benchmark Strategy a consultancy she founded in 1990 which offers technology assessment and technical marketing to the semiconductor equipment industry. Previously she was a managing director at the former investment bank Robertson Stephens as its senior semiconductor equipment and foundry research analyst. While there Billat was three times named a Wall Street Journal's Best on the Street Analyst. Before becoming a research analyst Billat gained more than 10 years experience in the semiconductor equipment industry culminating with holding the position of senior vice president of marketing at Ultratech Stepper. She also has 12 years experience in IC processing including engineering and fab management. She holds a B.S. and an M.S. in physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
