Prior to joining Dow Corning in August 2002, Ms. McDonnell spent more than twenty years in private practice, primarily as an antitrust litigator and advisor, representing corporate clients. After leaving private practice in 1995, she was Deputy General Counsel and then General Counsel of The Mead Corporation, a Fortune 500 company in the forest products industry.
Ms. McDonnell is a member of the Bar in the States of Michigan, New York, Ohio and California, and a member of a variety of legal professional associations. She has previously served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Legal Aid Society of Dayton and on other non-profit boards.
Sue K. McDonnell has a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Barnard College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She received her law degree (J.D.) in 1973 from Columbia University. |
