Ms Gove, 47, formerly served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Zale Corporation In her role as COO, Ms. Gove oversaw Finance, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Information Systems, Loss Prevention, and Credit Services. She was credited with leading the company’s financial restructuring in 2003 and was one of the chief architects of Zale’s growth strategy over the last four years. Ms. Gove began her career at Zale in 1980 as an accountant. She is a member of the Board’s Audit Committee.
