In March 2007, Stuart Rogers joined us as a director. Mr. Rogers has been involved in the venture capital community since 1987. He is currently the President of West Oak Capital Group, Inc., a privately held investment banking irm specializing in the early stage finance of technology projects through the junior capital markets in Canada and the United States, and ha served as a director of client companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Toronto Exchane, NASDAQ small Capital Market and NASD OTC Bulletin Board. Currently, Mr. Rogers acts as a director or officer of the following companies which are reporting issuers in Canada: MAX Resource Corp., Consolidated Global Cable Systems, Inc., Randsburg International Gold Corp., Mexivada Mining Corp., Prophecy Resource Corp. and IGC Resource Corp. |
