Stuart Moulder, Director - Efficiency & DSM Solutions, BE Stuart has global responsibility for energy and water products and solutions. His specialty is the design and implementation of business energy and water demand side management programs for utilities and government agencies. He was program manager for an Internationally award winning business energy management program for over four years and program director for the winner of the 2006 International Stockholm Water Award for business water conservation. Stuart's most recent experience includes strategic direction of energy efficiency programs for clients such as Southern California Edison, Xcel Energy, San Diego Gas and Electric, Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity and Wisconsin Public Service. Stuart is a chemical engineer with over 15 years experience in a variety of organizations. |
