Stuart Mackiernan joined CompuDyne as Chief Executive Officer in September 2007. Mr. Mackiernan has over 25 years of experience in the growth of large technology-based service and products businesses worldwide. Mr. Mackiernan was Group President of L-3 Communications’ satellite communications unit, L-3 Satellite Networks, from 2000 to 2004, a position he held concurrently with the position of Corporate Vice President, Business Development, for L-3.
Previously, Mr. Mackiernan had served as Vice President, Business Development for GE Spacenet and Vice President, Marketing, for General Instruments Corp. He also held senior positions with Science Applications International Corp., Unisys and General Dynamics. Prior to joining CompuDyne, he was Managing Director of Potomac Key Group, LLC, a consultancy, and is a Director with a Washington, DC-area boutique investment bank, Longstreet Partners, LLC. |
