Before joining Charter Bank in March of 2006, Stuart was Vice President for U.S. Bank providing commercial banking products and services to businesses throughout East King County. Stuart spent his entire 7 years of banking at U.S. Bank prior to joining Charter Bank. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Washington and a MBA from Seattle University. Stuart serves on the University of Washington Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity Corporation Board. In addition, he is an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association and Junior Achievement of Greater Puget Sound. |
