Stuart Lew is the sole remaining co-founder of the Company and has served as a director since 1986 and as its Chief Executive Officer since 2000. Mr. Lew has been involved with several disciplines within the organization since its inception including finance, administration and marketing. In 1999, he identified the need to change the course of the Company's business in order to maximize potential future value for Company shareholders. In February 2000, due diligence began on a hydrogen production technology in Russia and on June 12, 2000, he negotiated an agreement to merge the Company with Hydrogen Production Technologies Corporation.
He holds a bachelors degree from the University of Western Ontario and a diploma in Financial Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. |
