Prior to joining Huron Stuart was Director of the Miami Children's Hospital Research Institute where he:
Established the means to comprehensively manage research compliance.
Established and implemented a human research protection program & reorganized the IRB.
Reorganized the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee.
Developed and implemented policies and procedures for research activities.
Established and implemented a system of managing clinical trial billing compliance.
Established a Clinical Research Center to manage and conduct all aspects of clinical research in children.
Set standards for certification of clinical research coordinators.
Grew the Clinical Research Center business near 30-fold within two years.
