Stuart Hartley is the managing partner of the Communications & Media group of Unisys in Australia and New Zealand. He is responsible for leading client-serving projects as well as the development of thought leadership for the telecommunications, entertainment and media industries. Stuart brings more than 16 years experience within the professional services firms.
Prior to Unisys, Stuart was a vice president at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and held senior roles in Deloitte Consulting. In his industry role, Stuart is responsible for leading a core management team as well as a transnational group of business units to market the firm’s services to the global telecommunications and media markets. His recent projects include assisting major leading tele-communications carriers with various aspects of enterprise transformation (i.e. operational strategy, process transformation and technology transformation), eBusiness strategy, customer relationship management and new product development process change.
Stuart has a strong background in the area of customer value management and revenue generation strategies. His functional experience includes eBusiness strategy and systems solution design; business transformation and workforce management; portfolio management of improvement initiatives; customer and product profitability analysis and value management strategies; preparation of business cases, competitive and feasibility strategies; telecommunications regulatory and policy review; project management and team leadership |
