Stuart W. Gold is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department. Stu’s practice is general litigation. He has considerable experience in communications law, securities law, employment law and antitrust. Stu has appeared in state and Federal courts at all levels; practices before the FTC, FCC and SEC; and he has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Stu was born in New York, New York. He joined Cravath in 1973 and became a partner in 1980.
