Stuart Alger is an associate in Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Real Estate department, where he focuses his practice on real estate litigation and valuation, land use and municipal law for both private- and public-sector clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Stuart spent five years as an attorney in the Minnesota Attorney General’s office, where he handled eminent domain and construction litigation matters. After law school, he served as law clerk to Justice Edward Stringer (now retired) and Chief Justice Russell Anderson at the Minnesota Supreme Court.
