Experience
Mr. Lesser has extensive experience defending Employers and Insurers in State and Federal workers' compensation matters before the Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission and before the Circuit and District courts of the State of Maryland. In addition, he has handled federal workers' compensation cases, latent disease and toxic tort cases, personal injury tort liability and third-party subrogation cases.
