Stuart Kramer is responsible for strategic initiatives within SRA's Health and Benefit Business Programs strategic business unit. In this role, he supports business managers in their service delivery efforts while pursuing technical, business, scientific, and research support opportunities across the civilian sector of the federal government.
Kramer joined SRA in 2000. His career includes 26 years of providing services, products, and solutions across the government, commercial, and value added reseller marketplaces.
He is a recipient of an NIH Director’s Superior Service Award for 2002, for Dedication and Persistence to the Establishment and Development of Industry/Government Relations. He sits on the board of the Bethesda, Maryland Chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and chairs an industry advisory council at NIH.
