Mr. Roberts' practice focuses primarily on representation of employers in a broad range of litigation matters, including defense of cases under federal and state discrimination laws, wage and hour laws and workers’ compensation. Mr. Roberts has obtained summary judgments in numerous cases and has successfully tried and arbitrated many others. In addition, Mr. Roberts has represented employers in proceedings brought under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, including OSHA’s investigation of on-the-job accidents and fatalities.
