Stuart A. Taylor II was elected to Ball Corporation's board of directors in April 1999 and serves on its finance and human resources committees. He is chief executive officer The Taylor Group L.L.C. Chicago.
Previously he was senior managing director at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. in Chicago. Prior to that Mr. Taylor was a managing director and head of CIBC World Market's Global Automotive Group and Transportation Equipment Group.
Prior to working at CIBC he spent three years as a managing director at BT Alex Brown Inc. where he ran the Automotive Industry Group. Previous to his position at BT Alex Brown Mr. Taylor spent a total of
10 years at Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. in the corporate finance department. Based both in New York and Chicago Mr. Taylor was responsible for developing relationships and executing transactions for a number of Morgan Stanley's major corporate clients.
Born Nov. 28 1960 in Providence R.I. Mr. Taylor grew up in Massachusetts. He is a graduate of Yale University New Haven Conn. and received an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Cambridge Mass. with a concentration in finance. |
